Torree McGowan, MD

Dr. Torree McGowan, MD, FACEP, is a 2005 graduate of Oregon Health and Science University. She completed her emergency medicine residency with the US Air Force through the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium. She then served 12 years active duty military and is a combat veteran, with deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. She is a nationally recognized speaker on disaster preparedness and mass casualty response, and serves on numerous national committees with the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. McGowan recently expanded her training with board certification by the American Board of Obesity Medicine, which represents the highest standard in care for this chronic disease. She also has completed training in menopause hormone replacement therapy.

She lives on a hay farm in Culver with her husband, their two boys, 7 horses, 3 dogs, and a cat.
